Nachala's Adoption Services has been
truly blessed to have such a wonderful team of caring people both in Ukraine and in the United States. We welcome you to join
the many families who have been blessed with one of these wonderful children. Nachala Adoption Services continues to
grow its team by adding a new facilatator and team members so our parents can receive the best personal individual care
through out their adoption.
Nachala Adoptions would like to welcome our newest team member Michael Shabattin located in
Kiev, Ukraine. Michael has been assisting in adoptions for over ten years and we welcome his services to our team.
Michael also assist in humanitary care to many orphans left in orphanages in Ukraine. We will work jointly with Michael on
his mission to help the many children he cares for by directly sending donations to these orphanages.
If your dossier is currently in need of updating or you need assistance in obtaining a facilatator
before departure to Ukraine please email us for assistance at nachalaadopt@hotmail.com . Nachala Adoption Services can assist you with your present dossier if you are having problems with submmision. If
your dossier has been sitting waiting for a date this prior year or you are having problems getting your dossier
registered for an appointment date we can help. Many new laws will take place at the State Department for Adoption and
many dossier will be rejected. Don't rely or depend on an inexperience facilatator or agency by letting your
dossier expire or be rejected because it was improperly prepared. One of our personally trained licensed facilatators
can review and resubmit your dossier quickly so you can save wasted time, money and worry. Remember to receive
a travel date you dossier must be error free.

In conjunction with the State Department for Adoption and Protection of Children's Rights
(formerly the National Adoption Center) in Kiev, Ukraine
the State Department will begin accepting applications for adoption in January
2008.
If you are having difficulty with the many changes in paperwork Nachala can assist
you with preparation of your dossier and assign you a faciltator/translator to guide you through your
journey to find your child.
Join our many families that have adopted through Nachala. All of facilatators and translators are registered
with the State Department for Adoption in Kiev, Ukraine.
Nachala Adoption Services does not post children available for adoption.
The State Department for Adoption in Kiev, Ukraine does not permit viewing of orphans available
for adoption.
Both parents must travel to select their new child or children and the average
stay for adoption is about 4 to 6 weeks to complete.

Nachala's mission is to find homes for the many children left remaining in state ran orphanages in Ukraine. We
are a not for profit licensed adoption service with facilatators both in the United States and in Ukraine. Nachala will
assist you in preparing your dossier, assign you a registered facilatator to guide you through your adoption in Ukraine to
find your child or children.
All faxes and phone calls to Ukraine to assist in securing your appointment date is included in our fee.
Nachala can offer assistance with your social worker in your homestudy to assure that it is accepted
at the State Department for Adoption and assist you in helping you fill out necessary paperwork for USCIS approval.
Not included in our services is your homestudy, USCIS fees, notary, appostillization of dossier and obtaining
personal documents. Also not included in our fee is travel to and from Ukraine, child's medical, expediting fees, Embassy
Fees, child's passport, child's visa, baby sitting, lodgings, food, personal calls while in Ukraine, medical insurance for
child and parents. Nachala has a new low fee of $1,600.00.
The basic cost of using one of our our facilatators is $6,600.00. In country fees range
from about $3,000.00 to $5,000.00 depending on lodgings and regions. Currently many of our
couples are able to travel to adopt their children within a six month time range after dossier is accepted. Discounts
are given for adopting sibling groups, older children and children with disabilities please contact us for additional information.
